What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence expert to join us as AI Lead. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of machine learning engineers and developers and play a pivotal role on our core leadership team.

Your primary responsibility will be driving technology development and implementation across industrial sites, ensuring alignment between the tech team’s efforts and broader business objectives. You’ll provide technical leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on support where needed.

This is a hybrid role, combining hands-on technical contributions—including occasional forward-deployed work at customer sites—with management responsibilities. The position offers significant room for growth and advancement.
